Overlook was founded in 2020 by a team of sales leaders who recognized a fundamental problem in how businesses approach sales team development.

We set out to change this by creating a comprehensive approach to sales team development that addresses the entire lifecycle - from hiring and onboarding to training, process optimization, and ongoing performance coaching.
